Treasurer's Corner - November 2024
Hello All!
Just a quick update on our General account. We’ve had some hard times recently with insurance bills, taxes, etc., that had left our balance quite low. The cost of everything, as you all know, has gotten higher. I would like to see our account balance be much higher so that we can afford things in the future.
One of the original ideas when we first obtained the American Legion sign out front was for local businesses to advertise on it. You could have an ad on the sign for 2 weeks or a month or longer. You do not have to be a Veteran to advertise. Veterans are welcome and would receive a reduced price for their ad.
